Along the same lines, Phillip used to work for the local phone company
before it got severed from ATT. He did a lot of support type stuff for the
ATT employees. One Monday morning, he got a call from one of the office
ladies, telling him that her computer "is broken..." He asked her what the
problem was, to which she replied that when she left on Friday, the
information on the screen was in all capital letters, and now it isn't. He
calmly told her to look over on the left hand side of the keyboard and push
the key that said "Caps Lock". She did and very excitedly told him that it
was back to working perfectly!
