[Sca-cooks] Roe, roe, roe your boat?

Hi yall,

After spending all day Sunday fishing in a farm pond, we returned
with a large mess of nice bass, bluegill and catfish.  Upon cleaning,
the catfish were chock full of eggs.  Is catfish roe worth dealing with
or is it as nasty tasting as the skin?  We got over a pound of roe sacs.
