this is an age old arguement... actualy in truth...
The shire of the frozen wastes is part of kingdom of Trimaris..
as is the Panama Canal Zone...  my ex roommate is the one who
stole the personal
stationary off Noriega's desk (after he was gone of course) to
write the kingdom to
Request to be a part of Trimaris...
Don't recall how Antartica got claimed by Trimaris but it is in
fact part of us.. for some
years now .. and recently I came across the 'shire' website...
something like 10 or 12 ppl
down there..
