[Sca-cooks] birthday cake

Happy birthday, early.  Couldn't you have a flat-bread - type
cake?  No leaven, of course, but I would
think that using tortilla, matzo, or phyloh dough,
lots of layers, and a candle - would that be ok?

I don't know, as I have no Jewish background.
