Okay, I have to defend Sir Joeseph Silveroak, I see
him in half the kitchens up north.  Just 'cause you
are down south or in downtown there are those out
there :)
Of course Joe usually also wants food...so there might
be an ulterior motive :)  But he helps a lot and has
for years.
