Does the body absorb glucose more readily (faster) than fructose? It's,
as you state, 'absorbed unchanged' and is the sugar of choice to treat
emergency hypoglycemia. How does the absorption of fructose differ from
glucose, once they are both in the bloodstream? And would there be any
noticeable difference, especially in time, between eating a food high in
sucrose/glucose and one high in fructose?
