Yup. To be frank, a TI article or a CA is always a hit-or-miss
proposition, but a reasonable person expects this. It's like the
issues of PPC that I don't subscribe to, but frequently buy, because
it seems about half of them are devoted to exciting stuff like the
history of Photographer's Cake (so called because, once you've made
film plate emulsion with egg whites, you have all these yolks left
over... very exciting stuff).

For those not interested in pottery, they can turn to the next
article or wait for the next issue, I suppose, but I expect those
people will be in the minority.
