Conveyor Belt Sushi was Re: [Sca-cooks] KFC

We have one of those up in portland.. sushiland.  GREAT place to eat!  $2 for
anything on an orange plate and so on.  They have plastic domes over the plates,
maybe that's the difference?  I don't know how they time how long a plate's been
on the belt now that you mention it...
