Well, we're High Desert, so it's a "dry heat." ;)
Actually, our site is in the mountains, under trees...
Rarely gets above 90 with a 6% humidity.
Now, for the masochistic part... Can't really deny
much of that...

OFC: I entered our Kingdom cooking competition this
last weekend. Any German Dish. I made Chicken
Dumplings (kaponerkrapfen), and my scores weren't too
