Hi all, This fellow lists this artifact (for sale) as a stoup or font.
Elswhere he says it could be a pestle. At 200 lbs sterling it's a little
rich for my blood, but maybe someone else with disposable income will want
it. Or will drool. He has some other good stuff that's drool-worthy,
including a period oak carving of a Pel in her Piety (no price listed).

Aoife, who sure hope these weren't looted from churches, etc, but rather
"harvested" from stately homes, etc... which are falling down.
