...well...duh...I feel so dumb...

I didn't send documentation along with the entry to the Outlands and I'm
just too beyond it to look through my books.  Can someone please do me a
favor and post the recipe and cite the source?  Cripes, it know I have it
several places, I'm just way too [insert something not nice happy here] to
go diving for it.

Oh, and that entry is from the Bright Hills Cooks Guild, not me.
