Everyone,

    If you have heard from me in a separate e-mail you are one of the lucky
people who were able to get a copy.  There were only 10 left by the time I
got the deal all worked out.

    I have let the publisher know that I have 50 other requests that wanted
copies, and told him the should be able to sell 100 copies easy.

   Sorry it took so long to get back to people!
