[Sca-cooks] Freezing cookies

I need to make some goodies to bring to an event, and I'd like to
make them ahead and freeze them.  I know that baked goods
made with egg whites don't freeze well, but how about yolks?  I
want to bring bizcochos, which are made with mostly yolks (and a
couple of whole eggs), sugar, wheat starch, and anise.  Would
they freeze weel?  And be edible for how long afterwards?
