Okay, I got a couple:

1. The first remove… removes itself.

2. Your server whacks the top crust of your pie of Paris several times.
When nothing happens, she advises you not to eat it, because the roach is
still in there.

3.  You hear the head cook and his assistant singing duets from "Sweeney
Todd".

4.  The head cook got a bit confused over the term "Garbage Stew".

5. You find a ring in the plate of finger food.
