But they're missing the Abbot's Kitchen at Glastonbury Abbey! Ack!

It is *so* cool. I want one just like it--with electric lights and
possibly internal heating. ;-)

On the tower part of the roof are louvers to let the smoke out without
creating too much of a draft. In one corner is a bread oven. It is
entirely open inside, nothing built in.
