[Sca-cooks] Update: Period cookery library for sale

Wow, that was fast!  I have a buyer lined up, and sincerely hope that all
those books will provide their soon-to-be owner with many happy years of
cooking and research.

Although I expect no problems with completion of the sale, I will gladly
keeping a waiting list of other interested buyers if for some reason, it
should fall through.
