    It is, if you're from, say, Gabon . . . My Great-Aunt (who was the first
female CIA station chief, and the only one who ever got her picture on the
cover of Time magazine) was based in Gabon, and she told me that the most
difficult thing she ever had to do was keep from falling to the floor
howling with laughter when she went to present her credentials. She was to
present them to the President of Gabon, a 4'2" pygmy named Bongo . . .
    Personally, I would have lost it on the spot. But if you wants 'em
small, they're out there . . . you just have to look down a bit. I also
suspect that most of the inhabitants of Biafra and Bangladesh could wear a
size 4, too, but I don't know if you could really call them healthy. Health
is a relative term, I suppose . . .
