I guess maybe I misunderstood.  I thought that the guy only had a few copies
(i.e., about a half dozen or so) copies left and was looking to unload
those.  However, I suspect that if you let the fellow know about the
response on this list, they might reconsider publishing another edition!
I'm just hoping that, if I was correct, my "dibs" got in in time to get one.
If so, let me know how much I owe (including postage, of course) and where
to send it.

would love to have a copy of this if I posted the information to the Kingdom
