Not very much.  The orchard fruit and nut trees are on 20' x 25' or 25' x 25'
spacing, so at most 1/4 to 1/3 of an acre.  The grapes make a fence row; a few
of the exotics, I planted in the yard and the herbs fill in spots in the
perennial berms
and borders.  This is nothing.  The formal gardens I start this summer and
fall will
be 6 acres and will eventually have 400,000-500,000 blooming perennials.
