[Sca-cooks] Vikingars gastabud

My apologies if this has been discussed before, but I was wondering if
anyone had any availability details for Vikingars Gastabud (The Viking
Feast) by M Fant, R Lundgen & T Isakson, Mamlo 1998? I have searched
Amazon.com. and couple of others to no avail. I am especially wanting to
know if there is an English translation available, and if so where can I
get hold of one? Thanks.
