Yup. Couple varieties of salsa--my favorite (see? it's the bowl on the
left, over there.....)has fresh garden tomatoes, a little onion, chopped
peppers, some cilantro, black beans, and a little corn....
Got any local beers from Eugene that would be good with this? I'll stop
up at Worden's [wonderful local beer/wine/deli] and pick up some more
for tonight....
Whaddya say, everybody? End-of-school-spring-is-here party and barbeque
at the Rock tonight (Saturday)??? Or maybe next weekend for Memorial
Day? I'd love to be educated in the True Ways of Barbeque by our
southern cousins, and I'll bring a couple of huckleberry pies, and maybe
some buffalo or venison to grill (as close as I come to local/regional
specialties in MT, besides all the microbreweries).
==Maire, in the mood for a party, even if only on the internet.....
