yup I am guilty as charged...
when I can cook an artchoke *in* its own 'juice' in five minutres
versus boiling the heck out of it for 20 to get it done and it
tastes a lot better..
when I can steam spinach in 4 minutes and it is wonderful.. you
betcha I will
nuke it...
however carrot cake out of the microwave is nasty...truse me..
