the best fruitcake recipe i ever found was on Alton Brown's show.
absolutely yummy!
really, and i dont mean maybe.. i took two loaves to a party and they were
GONE...

(i made one loaf with lots of nuts, and one with no nuts, but more fruit...
as i didnt know if anyone was allergic)
