[Sca-cooks] pomegranite question

While looking at saved recipes (and being attracted by Badhinjan Buran -
not *all* eggplant recipes are evil :-) I was struck by a question.
Fresh pomegranites (called for in the recipe) are only available for a
short period in the fall, at least around here.  Can the seeds (separated
from the hull and pith) be frozen?  I'm sure the juice can be, but some
recipes call for the seeds entire.
