degrees C = (degrees F - 32) / 1.8

degrees F = (degrees C * 1.8) + 32

2.4 cm = 1 inch

5 ml = 1 tsp = .5 cl

1 US cup (8 0z.) = 23.65 cl

There are no Germany specific measures prior to the 19th Century. The
German states used the same nomenclature, but the precise values were
specific to the state and the time frame. I have some of the measurements,
but I would need to locate the lisr.
