Easier temp conversion:

Farenheit to centigrade:
((F+40)*5/9)-40=C
Centigrade to Farenheit:
((C+40)*9/5)-40=F

 Other useful approximations:
1 fl oz=29.573 ml
1 av oz=28.35 gm
1 tsp = 5 ml
1 Tbsp = 15 ml
