The cost is 5 dollars US or 5 dollars Canadian. No discount for US
money-- it helps defray the shipping costs and the costs of the cd's. If
you really need a hard copy we can talk. and if you want to make
arrangements to pick one up at some
future event, you may contact Mistress A. to work something out. (I
think in this instance I would just send the five dollars in cash, so
they don't have to bother with checks.)
