I would be very interested in seeing some solid documentation on that. I
know of occasional subtleties, but that is not a lot.

Didn't someone recently (in the last year or so) do a count of meat vs.
vegetable dishes from some of the more common cookbooks in the corpus? Was
that Cariadoc, or someone else?
