Avraham!  Neighbor!  We shall be seeing much more of each other in the
coming year.  (I just hoped he liked what he met of me at Pennsic, otherwise
this could be a not good thing!)  I am sure you have been in dialouge with
Kiri as she has offered to show you around the place.  I am but an hour or
so away.
