It's the paperback of the 1980 American Viking/Penguin edition with notes by
Karen Hess.  It's a good reference.  I prefer it to the Biscuit Books
edition.

There is a Penguin softcover edition published in 2001 for Canadian$ 19.99,
but I don't think it has the notes by Hess.
