There are some embedded recipes in the text and one short section that
includes the earliest printed recipes in English for sugarpaste and
marmalade.

That's what the TI article is on. Or if you can't wait until April,
maybe MEM will be publishing it sooner.

Otherwise the 4 volumes are a real miscellaneous batch of everything
from dyes to processing chemicals to cures for coughs and the plague.
