Well, I've tried for five years now to get a cook's get together going. This year, I plan to camp with Barony of Atenveldt. I'll have my big blue parachute. Hopefully will have my device flying as well (Big cracked cauldron, sable, on a full moon, argent, on a field vert.) I'll have plenty of room for visitors. All y'all have to decide is when.

I've about got our menu set for Estrella War. It will be a trip through the
Mediteranean with stops at Sardinia, Langedoc (sp), Northern Italy and
Northern Africa. Since we will be having a lobster dish on Friday (fish
day) I need to find a grocer near to the site that is reputed to have good
seafood. I'd ideally like a seafood only store but not sure if Phoenix runs
to that. I'd also like to know where the freshest produce/herb supply is.
I'll be bringing a goodly supply of dried spice but need some fresh as well
and don't want to truck it down from here (not to mention it's probably
cheaper there).

I'll be on site Tuesday for setting up Royal encampment but plan on dashing
out Wednesday for a few things and Friday morning for brunch with the
grandparents and a bit of food shopping.

Any help with good stores would be mightily appreciated!!!

Also, are the good gentles of the list planning on any get-togethers at
Estrella to schmooze and talk food?
