[Sca-cooks] Lady Cecily de la Warde

it's a new award to recognize skill in the arts at an earlier level than our
Fleur de Soliel the Kingdom Award for Excellance in the Arts and Sciences.
It is to recognize people at roughly the level of our old Principality
awards, from when we had them.

Dear friends, I did an oopsie, and hit the reply button, instead of sending
to the Cooks list in a post to Lady Cecily.  What I meant to post to the
list was a much belated mention of the fact that Cecily is one of my oldest
friends in the SCA, and she is the Premiere of The Artisans de la Soliel,
the Aten Kingdom level award for skill in the Arts.
