[Sca-cooks] Anybody made Welserins Spanish Pastries?

I have been using Silpat liners now for the past year and find that they
make quick work of lining pans and clean up. It works really well for
various candied things, like pastes and slices. The sticky candied
fruits don't stick and clean up is easy.
