I have found them at my local fancy-schmancy kitchen stores. Also, King
Arthur Flour carries them (www.kingarthurflour.com). They're not cheap,
but they're also not hugely expensive, and they are wonderful things to
have. Especially since you will eventually spend that much in parchment
if you line your pans rather than grease them.

I own one, and haven't gotten any more because I haven't been baking
enough to justify them (and I have a huge roll of parchment to work
through, first), but this year's bonus might just go towards kitchen toys
like the Silpat liners if I don't spend it all on a chocolate temperer.
