[Sca-cooks] Sabrina Welserin

I have been planning a menu based on Sabrina Welserin's 16th c.
German cookbook.  There are quite a few recipes I'd like to try, but
it includes very few vegetable recipes.  I know they ate their
veggies anyway.  Are there any other cookbooks or menus from a
similar time and place?
