Good on yah!  Take the money and run.

Margaret and I are holding off retirement until next year to see what
incentives the legislature adopts during its 90 day session (Feb-May).

My boss wants to keep me around for 3 years to train my replacements, but if
they can't offer me 20 per cent increase, its not worth it.  And in a time
of budget cuts, they probably don't want to pay the freight.  In any event,
Margaret will probably be retired before this time next year.
