Stefan, i sent detailed information on both making and frying paneer
to the list.

I also sent recipes for Mattar Paneer - the pea dish Madhavi mentions
- as well as one i prefer, Saag Paneer, spinach with spices and fried
paneer.

If you like, i can send that message to you personally, as i know you
are often overwhelmed with mail.
