Well, goat is not my meat of choice. After all, as i've mentioned, i
don't like the taste of lamb. And goat is like lamb times 50. If it
were the last food on earth, i *would* eat it, but until then, i'm in
no hurry to have it again.

My goat experience is with Gulai Kambing in Indonesia. I think it was
a Padang recipe.

Now let me say that in Indonesia i did eat liver, not high on my list
of favorite foods, because of the delicious way it was cooked (with
coconut milk and spices), and i ate skewers of usus, chicken
intestines, roasted over a charcoal fire in the outdoor market - both
Javanese style dishes.

I really miss Indonesian street food. And i had some "interesting"
street food in Morocco. I'm planning to buy the new cookbook that
just came out, "Mediterranean Street Food: Stories, Soups, Snacks,
Sandwiches, Barbecues, Sweets, and More, from Europe, North Africa,
and the Middle East", by Anissa Helou.
