[Sca-cooks] sea salt vs. white-salt revisited

Brittany Salt in the
bulk bins. Imported by a Seattle outfit called Stay Well, but still sel
de Bretagne.

Specs:

Ca 51-56%
Na 32-35%
Water 7-13%
sulfites 0.87-2.29%
Mg 0.29-0.78%
Ca 0.09-0.18%
K 0.08-0.18% (potassium)
insoluables 0.12-0.72%

Slightly greyish in colour with grains larger than table salt, but
smaller than rock salt. Tends to stick together a bit due to the higher
moister contect. The store had penned in 'Celtic' on to the label the
company had provided. That's Ashland for you.....
