[Sca-cooks] **Cookie Exchange**

While i very much enjoy cookies, i make this really good Vietnamese
coconut-banana bread (big pieces of coconut and the bananas are *not*
mashed). I expect it wouldn't survive the trip... Of course, a whole
cake would be too big and heavy (made in a loaf pan) - but little
slabs might be more individually sendable.

Still trying to figure out what to make...
