I agree with Mordonna, the taste and muscle fibre is different from chicken
and from each other. I've eaten Chinese farmed rabbit and English wild
rabbit (and hare, but I don't much like hare, it's too gamey for me) and the
former style of rabbit is much much blander. The wild ones are good in stew,
but I wouldn't roast them like the factory ones (and my twin used to have
pet 'bunnies' but she would never let me eat the darn things!)
