hello,
i just joined    (i hope. i was a tad confused by the sign up process)

i am in Bhakail (Philadelphia), but as a merchant i travel a lot.
(no, i am not a foodie merchant. sorry, i sell fabric, trim , etc... but i
DO know a number of them..)

i recently became more interested in period cooking when a recipe i invented
turned out to be a near twin to a 14th century recipe. so i started buying
"a couple of books" and .. well... its the old sad story.....i suppose it
will eventually lead to feastocratting or something.
