Definitely let's include one on "Bet You Didn't Know That Was Medieval"
foods, and one on illusion foods (not just marzipan, 'cause there are a lot
of others) and maybe one like "They didn't have cuisinarts, so how did they
do that?" -- wood whisks, and sieves to thicken, and mortars, and bolting?

No doubt others will occur as we natter along.
