A recent Cooking Light had a recipe for creamed corn from fresh corn. The
"cream", I believe, was just corn milk -- the juice you get after cutting
the kernels off the cob, then scraping the cob with the dull side of a
knife. Here, my helpfulness ends, because I don't have the issue in front of
me, nor does the recipe appear online. It was from an issue this summer, if
that narrows it down.
