[Sca-cooks] Good News from Drakey

Yeah, I was kinda hiding.  It was completely unexpected to the point where
in court, I turned to my fearless leader, Viscount Sir Axel, who was sitting
two rows behind me, and asked him if they meant me...LOL.  I also cried a
bit too, when Her Majesty was reciting all the stuff I've done for my
canton, but at least this time I didn't kneel on the hem of my dress like I
did when I was apprenticed...  :)

I also entered my first A & S, and made period Hais and Syrup of Lemon,
courtesy of the translation of His Grace Duke Cariadoc.  And while I didn't
win, I did feel rather proud when people started shouting in the hall that
someone else had to try the Hais.  It was mostly gone by the time I had to
leave....

So it was a good day, all in all...
