I picked up my copy at a local (local being Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada)
gift/import shop run by a Portuguese family called Luso Mart Imports.  I very
much doubt that they are on the web, but there are bound to be other similar
stores out there that may carry it.

I believe the author is based swomewhere in Ontario, and there is a thriving
Portuguese comunity there.  Where are you located?  If you don't have any
success finding a copy, I could see if Luso Mart has any more (I bought mine
four years ago), check the price and send it to you.
