Grapefruit & Cats... (was RE: RE. [Sca-cooks] Good News from Drakey

I am myself owned by two female feline :-)  Love them dearly.

The spinach is an important part of the mix.  Here, I'm actually not
joking.  I have prepared lynx many times, and have a few recipes for it in
my cookbook (Phlip, found your copy yet?).  In this case, the flavour of
the meat, with the spinach and grapefruit makes for a real nice flavour.

Now, before anyone get up in arms about eating Lynx...  These animals were
caught by certified trappers up in Northern Ontario, where each year they
receive a quota they can (or sometimes have to, to control population
explosion) catch.
