This was reprinted in:
A letter, by Robert Laneham
1968, 1575
English Book [6] 87 p. 18 cm.
Menston (Yorks.), Scolar Press, 1968.
English linguistics, 1500-1800; a collection of facsimile reprints,; no.
60; A Scolar Press facsimile.;
held by 149 libraries. If no one else does it, I could
check it out of Michigan one of these days when I am
Central Campus downtown.
Also in 1907 and Leiden : E.J. Brill, 1983.
The original 1575 is part of UMI
Early English books, 1475-1640 ;; 1855:5.
Also titled:
Princelye pleasures at the Courte at Kenelwoorth
that is to saye, the copies of all such verses, proses, or poeticall
inventions, and other devices of pleasure, as were there devised, and
presented, by sundry gentlemen, before the Queene's Maiestie, in ...
1575.

Just checked-- there are 2 on EEBO.
I checked. Doesn't seem to be menus unless they are embedded
in the text. I quickly scanned most of the pages. It's a chronicle
account of a progress and activities like hunting.
And who she met. I'll download it and take a closer look one
of these days.
