[Sca-cooks] Sekanjabin and storage

Greetings unto the list:

How long can you store Sekanjabin syrup?  Can it safely be stored in rinsed
out milk containers?  I'm no chemist but I also don't want the heavy sugar
concentration to break down the plastic or some such thing.  I've got a few
glass stoppered bottles for *show* but I'm thinking I might want to make
gallons of it at a time and store it so I don't run out.
